Jacquelyn MacLennan, Partner, White & Case LLP
Jacquelyn MacLennan is a partner in White & Case’s EU practice, a member of the firm’s Partnership Committee and is the firm’s Global Pro Bono Practice Leader. She is recognized by Chambers and Legal 500 as a leading lawyer in EU antitrust law and EU trade/regulatory law, and is a visiting fellow at Edinburgh University’s Europa Institute. She has extensive litigation experience and represents corporations, as well as civil society organisations and individuals on a pro bono basis, in cases before the EU Courts in Luxembourg and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. She advises, and is regularly invited to speak, on EU antitrust and regulatory law and issues of business and human rights.
